Pro Report 24th April
The Track and Field season is about to get underway with the West Cork Track & Field Championships taking place over two Sundays in April, 22nd and 29th. Both competitions take place at the CIT Track with a 12 noon start. It is hoped that as many athletes as possible from the Club will compete. …

Half Marathon & 10k
The Bandon Half Marathon & 10k road races on Sat May 12th are fast approaching. There was a successful launch held recently in the Bandon Rugby Club with sponsors and various other local dignitaries in attendance. Local photographer Donie Hurley has kindly shared some photo’s from the night.
Leevale Juvenile Sports
A number of impressive performance from Bandon athletes despite stiff competition at the Leevale juvenile sports today. Results included; Max Hallahan (2nd u10 Ball throw), Kate Bernard (2nd u14 100m), Emma Young (2nd U16 High Jump), Joey Henchy (2nd u16 100m). Well done to all.

Leevale Senior/Junior Results
Just 4 Bandon A.C athletes in action at the Leevale Senior & Junior Track & Field in CIT today. Laura McSweeney won the Junior womens Hammer and finished 3rd in the Senior Shot. Patrick McSweeney was 2nd in both the Junior Men’s Hammer and Senior Men’s Shot. Phil Healy was 2nd in the 100m sprint. …
