FIT 4 LIFE kicked-off in Bandon on Tuesday 7 December 2010 and has over 100 signed up members!! ***

Activities start at 8 PM sharp so please arrive early if you need to register or to tog out.


Fit 4 Life has 3 groups:

  • Walkers
  • Joggers
  • Runners

Each group will have its own leaders who will not only guide members on the Tuesday nights but help you develop a healthy lifestyle 7 days a week.

JOIN ONE OF THE 3 FIT 4 LIFE GROUPS NOW:

The Walkers: Suitable for all

Walk to Run: If you are a regular walker but need a new challenge this is the group for you

Runners: If you are new to running or a seasoned runner make Tuesday nights one of your weekly sessions

Each group will be mentored by 2 or 3 experienced walkers and runners – ensuring that you will get the most out of your fit 4 Life experience and achieve your own personal goals.
