Best of luck to all the club members who will be action at the County Juvenile T&F Championships in the CIT on Sun.
\nThis will be a very busy day so athletes should be familiar with the timetable and when their events are on. Athletes should be at the track in plenty of time to allow warm up for events.
\nAthletes need to wear club singlet or club t-shirt for all events.
\nThe timetable on the day can be delayed or move ahead of time so athletes need to pay attention to the PA announcements and go to events promptly when called.
\nAthletes should also play attention to what events are on before theirs so they can prepare in plenty time.
\nThere will be much bigger numbers in the younger age groups so events for those ages will take much longer, for example the Girls U12 Shot Putt or Long Jump competitions could take an hour each to complete but the Boys U18 Shot Putt or Long Jump will only take approx 10mins each. This should be factored into working out when your events are on.<\/p>\n
Athletes have been pre-entered and no entries or changes allowed on the day.<\/p>\n
Details of Bandon entries are below. **Updated 2nd May **
