***Irish University Indoor Championships***<\/strong>\\<\/div>\n

Lauren McCourt, UCC finished 2nd in the 400m setting a new university record for UCC in a time of 55.45secs. It was tight on the line which required it to go to the millisecond \"\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffb\"<\/span> Lauren was part of the 4x 200m UCC relay team which finished 3rd. \"\ud83e\udd49\"<\/span> \"\ud83e\udd48\"<\/span> . Gavin Kenny, UCC finished 5th in the final of the 1500m setting a new UCC record.<\/div>\n

State side, Laura Nicholson set herself a new PB for the indoor mile in 4:34.35 at a recent invitational meet in Boston. Laura is currently 5th on the Irish all time list.<\/div>\n

Fiona Everard finished 16th at the Armagh Invitational International 3k in a time of 9:35<\/div>\n

The Girls U13 team of Isla Wilson, Ellen Dollard, Clara Cullinane, Saoirse Walshe, Kara Casey & Ava Bamford were the sole team from Bandon to compete. They placed 7th overall.
