Well done to all the club members in action in the Tailtean’s today. Erin Kingston was a double medal winner, finishing 3rd in both the Shot Putt and Discus. James French was 2nd in the Discus. Full results on AAI site

Well done to Phil Healy who ran a great anchor leg today for the Irish women’s 4x100m relay team in the European Team Championships in Estonia helping the team to finish fifth in a time of 45.02.  

The details and the program for the Open Sports on the 24th of Aug are being worked on and it all promises to be a fantastic event. There will be events from tiny tots all the way up to Junior and Senior with a few surprises along the way! Full details will be posted as …
