One of the busiest athletes in the recent Irish University National Track and Field Championships in Athlone was Bandon A.C. member Roisin Howard of who was representing University of Limerick.
Her exploits over the 2 days included; 2nd in the Combined Events, 3rd in the 100m Hurdles,8th in the 8k Weight for Distance, 6th in the High Jump, 8th in the Javelin, 2nd in the Long Jump, 5th in the Pole Vault, 5th in the Shot Putt and somehow she also found time to be part of the 4*100m relay team which won Gold.

Well done to Roisin on an impressive couple of days.
