Best of luck to the athletes who will be competing in the Munster Cross Country Championships which take place next Sunday, 10 November in Castlelyons. Castlelyons is a few miles east of Rathcormac off the old Cork-Dublin road.

The juvenile uneven age races get underway at 11:30 sharp, so athletes should be at the course in plenty time to allow a proper warm up and to get familiar with the course layout.
