Good training sessions today in the stadium for the athletes.
Technical meeting tonight attended by a couple of representative of the Bandon team which went over some of the logistics for the competition.
So an early start in the morning, opening ceremony is at 10.15 and then the events get going shorty after.First in action will be Gavin Hicks in the Hammer while Emma Young will be in first inaction for the girls team when she contests the High Jump.
