Roisin Howard had a very successful and busy night at the 1st round of the the John Buckey Graded Leagues in CIT last night. Roisin won the 100m Hurdles, the Shot Putt, and placed 2nd in the the Long Jump. Danny Allen was 4th in the 1st of the 400m races and his time was the 4th fastest across the 3 races.
