The second day of the County Cross Country Championships is on this Sunday 11th October in Carrigadrohid. After some impressive performance last week some members will be looking to continue the good form shown in Carrignavar, others will be making their first cross country appearance of the year.

Events get underway with the senior races which start at 12 noon, with the juvenile events getting underway around 1pm.
All juveniles should aim to be at the course no later than 12.30pm
