Diarmuid O’Connor had a record breaking weekend at the UCONN Husky Challenge (INDOOR). Competing for Connecticut University Diarmuid stormed ahead of his field finishing a total of 223 points ahead of his next rival. Diarmuid finished on a total of 5543 points which is a NEW NATIONAL U23 INDOOR RECORD FOR COMBINED EVENTS.

Shot Put – 13.87m (720 points)

High Jump – 1.91m (723points)
