PRO Report 7th Jan

Congratulations to Diarmuid O’Connor and Roisin Howard on their recent Munster Star Awards. Diarmuid received an Achievement Award and Roisin an Award for Senior women’s track and field.
Our Juvenile Members  were in action in Nenagh last weekend – 5 th January.  Ruby Cummins placed first in the Pentathlon Championships in girls under 13.  Aoife Callan (under 14),  Natalia Dawidowicz (under 14) and Eoin O’Callaghan placed outside the medals.
In the Master Junior and Under 23 Indoor Championships in the same venue in Nenagh our Juniors were competing too.
Diarmuid O’Connor placed first in the  Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump. He placed second in Shot Putt 6kg and Pole Vault. Amazing results.  Congratulations to him and his Coach.
Tristan Chambers placed fourth in Pole Vault and High Jump. Dylan Chambers placed fifth in Hurdles and High Jump. Ciara Lynch placed fourth in her 200m race and ninth overall. Well done to everyone who travelled and competed.
